On 27th June 2020, GoMosafer created history by chartering the fastest Repatriation flight from Doha, Qatar to Kannur, Kerala, with 176 passengers on board.

Day 1: 22 June 2020

Word comes in around noon that Go Air – G87164 has been confirmed as the first Mosafer charter flight out of Qatar to India and the responsibility to coordinate this herculean task between the Airlines, Embassy and our community is now on us!
We had anticipated that such a situation may arise, hence during the preventive lockdown, our team was working round the clock to collect and collate all the requirements of our community.
With our Google Survey Forms and 24/7 Customer Service WhatsApp Number, we were able to connect with those who had to urgently fly out.
Hence, we were prepared before hand and once we received the confirmation, our team was quick on their feet and quicker on their phone to reach out to our community.
The word was out within hours that GoMosafer was calling forth for passengers who needed to fly urgently and the calls poured in!

The energy and enthusiasm at our office during these three days were palpable.
With our entire team glued to their phones coordinating the entire operation, the thematic background music of the office was a hum of conversations and confirmations intermixed with telephones ringing.
Once we opened the registration for the flight, we were extremely attentive to each and every customer with daily and occasionally hourly updates on the status of their booking and flights being conveyed.
The three days passed in a blink of an eye with the team coordinating the registration, collecting the final payments and collating all the information for the final submission to the embassy.
Day 5: 26 June 2020
Mood @GoMosafer Office: Spirited Joy!
The morning began with anticipation to hear back from the Embassy and within the first hour we received all the approvals and the tickets were provided to all our passengers.
The sheer joy of informing our customers that they will be able to fly the next day is what drives GoMosafer as a travel agency!
D-Day: 27 June 2020

Calm Yet Excited with a hint of caution to the safety protocols in place for the passengers.
As our passengers checked-in, Safety with proper sanitization was our priority for the day. We ensured all our passengers had their masks and gloves on and were relaxed through the entire check-in process.
